Hydroteks Group has successfully completed the construction work at the Hyundai Motor Manufacturing RUS plant, where we have carried out enabling works and a set of concrete work in the assembly shop and warehouse complex with total area of over 45,000 square meters.
Construction deadlines, special requirements on evenness of concrete floor slabs and their performance were the peculiarities of this project.
Our company has completed the design of concrete floor slabs and foundation design, produced work on the construction of solid concrete pits and adaptation of drawings of our foreign partners for specific conditions. During the construction of concrete floor slabs we used our own CoperHead laser screeds.
Also, our company has completed the construction of concrete container areas of the plant area of over 15,000 square meters.

In-situ concreting. Construction of foundations, concrete channels, pits for industrial equipment.
The installation of industrial concrete floors with strengthened top layer (more than 45,000 square meters), arrangement of polymer coatings (more than 10,000 square meters).
Construction of container plant sites (more than 3,600 cubic meters of concrete placed), arrangement of storm water drain and fire-fighting water conduit.
The works were carried out in summer and at sub-zero temperatures.
