As a general contractor, we provide the following services:
- Analysis of project documentation, optimization of individual sections of the project with a detailed engineering;
- Drawing up and approval of the implementation program of work;
- Mastering of complete technological cycle;
- Execution of civil works using our own resources;
- Tender procedures, the selection of sub-contractors;
- Obtaining necessary approvals and interaction with regulatory organizations;
- Provision of construction supervision services;
- Strict adherence to all terms of the contract;
- Obtaining of Approval of government construction oversight office (if provided for realization of the state building supervision) on the conformity of the constructed, reconstructed object of capital construction with the requirements of technical regulations and project documentation;
- Timely entry into operation and transfer of the object to the operating organization.
We are members of «The Baltic building complex» and have the right to conclude contracts worth up to three billion rubles.
